C4- Cooking, Confidence, Community and Conversation
Have you ever wondered why meal times are such a key part of everyday family life -it's
because cooking and food play a key role in our ability to build and strengthen relationships
with others. Cooking together, or for each other, helps us create fulfilling and meaningful
relationships with others, whilst also nourishing ourselves.
That is why What Matters 2 You is running C4 – Cooking, Confidence, Community and
Conversation in partnership with East Ayrshire Council. A series of fun, interactive cooking
sessions that aim to teach the basics for healthy, tasty meals. The sessions are open for
everyone, kids and adults alike (Children to be accompanied by an adult).
Join us at the Barony Campus for fun, FREE, cooking sessions with all ingredients provided
(and extra to take away and try at home).
