Amazing, Emotional and Progressive.
If there were three words to sum up the most recent Values Based Leadership Experience (VBLE) for the community then these are the three chosen by parents from Whitfield and Fintry as they completed a three-day residential experience at Duchally near Auchterarder.
Building on the brilliant work undertaken by the Dundee City Council CLD Community Empowerment Team in Whitfield and Fintry with family groups it was wonderful to give this strong group from the community time and space to discover their capacity and commitment to building a better future for themselves, their families and their community.
